This is a very quick and simple recipe for sausage stuffing that is absolutely delicious!

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC fan assisted/200ºC no fan/gas mark 5
  • Remove the Rudd’s sausage meat from the casing and add to a bowl, discard the casing
  • Add all the prepped ingredients to the bowl and mix thoroughly
  • Transfer the mixture to a tin or casserole dish and even out the surface
  • Bake for around 30-40 minutes and ensure the stuffing is cooked through and piping hot before serving
  • Enjoy!


  • 8 Rudd’s Extra Thick Sausages
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 1 Heaped Teaspoon of Sage
  • 75g Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 an Apple, peeled and diced
