• To make the apple gratin, mix the mustard and grated celeriac with the English mustard, mayo and Gruyere cheese
  • Sweat the spring onions and sliced cabbage in an oven proof frying pan
  • When soft and starting to take colour, top with the Rudd’s Filled Rashers of your choice, allowing them to warm up in the pan but not cook through
  • Top each Rasher with the apple gratin mix and scatter the remaining apple gratin mix over the rest of the pan
  • Transfer to a hot oven and roast for 15 minutes
  • Remove from the oven and toast under a hot grill if the topping needs more colouring
  • Ready to serve!

Hi .I just Joined your Facebook page as I’m am a huge fan of Rudds sausages as I am fussy about sausages . A few weeks ago you changed your packageing on the sausages took me a while to discover that and I thought tesco stopped doing your brand . Then when I joined your Facebook page I discover that you also do different brands of rashers and puddings . Tesco just stock the butcher sausages and rashers , black and white pudding . So can you tell me were I can purchase or try your new brands of stock ? Like the filled rashers and pudding ? I would really appreciate it . Kind regards Fiona .
