This is a very quick and simple recipe for sausage stuffing that is absolutely delicious!
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC fan assisted/200ºC no fan/gas mark 5
- Remove the Rudd’s sausage meat from the casing and add to a bowl, discard the casing
- Add all the prepped ingredients to the bowl and mix thoroughly
- Transfer the mixture to a tin or casserole dish and even out the surface
- Bake for around 30-40 minutes and ensure the stuffing is cooked through and piping hot before serving
