We use only Bord Bia approved Irish Pork that is fully traceable from Farm to Fork!
- Our products are produced in our Grade A rated BRC approved factory in Birr, Co. Offaly.
- Only the finest ingredients are selected in order to produce our delicious range of products.
- The stuffing in our Filled Rashers is made by hand on site, carefully mixing the ingredients to give a wonderfully textured filling, unique to Rudd’s.
- Rashers made with ‘No Added Water = No Shrinkage’ when cooked! You can be sure you are guaranteed a large meaty rasher when you choose Rudd’s.
- Our rashers are dry cured by hand, so you know care and attention has gone into crafting your Rudd’s rasher.
